Assessments
Applicants must have established the following assessment levels in English, reading, and math PRIOR to submitting this application:
Attain college-level reading, college-level English (eligible to register for ENG 101), and place INTO MAT 072 (Math Literacy). Assessments can be taken at our Assessment Center anytime they are open, typically 8 am to 2:30 pm, Mon-Fri. No appointment is necessary. Alternatively, assessments can be attained through past academic history. Please email admissions@parkland.edu for guidance.
Students who are non-native speakers of English must establish English proficiency through the internet-based (iBt) Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with the following scores at a minimum:

TSA Flight Training Security Program
(FTSP).
