By submitting this form, I am formally expressing interest in joining the RISE program. If selected, I acknowledge the following:

I will register for a RISE FYE-101 class (speak with a Parkland Academic Advisor when creating your class schedule);

I will install Microsoft Teams onto my mobile device and/or other electronic devices to maintain contact with the RISE program;

I will meet RISE program requirements, including weekly study sessions.

I will accept a peer and/or professional mentor upon acceptance into program.

All applicants will be notified via email of their application acceptance or denial within 48 hours of submission.
